They source their beans from farms around the world who harvest and process coffee to the highest standards, resulting in real quality in the cup. We only use sustainable fish sourced by Wrights of Marino, and where possible, we ensure that it is Irish.
Bread and Baked Goods
Our sourdough comes from Vlad at Arun Bakery in Smithfield, and our treats and gluten free goodies are baked in house by our experienced bakers Marysia and Rosie.

Our cold pressed vegetable juices are from Green Beards in Ranelagh and Cornucopia. They both make delicious raw beverages hand crafted with deep regard for organic growing practices, seasonal harvests, local suppliers and recyclable materials.
We needed tasty drinks that matched our healthy ethos and this unique SynerChi Kombucha from Donegal ticks all the boxes. Made by Laura Murphy, using a traditional fermentation method means that the live cultures and naturally occurring raw enzymes are preserved in the drink. It’s also certified organic, naturally free from dairy, gluten and soy.
